A technology review is a short, fixed-price look at the technology a business runs on: its systems, its contracts and suppliers, its security basics and what it all really costs. It ends with a written report and a 12-month plan on one page, so you know what to fix first, what can wait and what each step will cost. The plan is yours to keep, whoever does the work.

When does this make sense?

01

Nobody has the full picture.

IT has grown one decision at a time. Different people look after different parts, and nobody can say what it all costs or where the risk sits.

02

A big decision is coming.

A new ERP, a renewal you’re unsure about, a move to the cloud. You want an independent view of the whole estate before you commit.

03

You’ve grown, but your IT hasn’t.

Systems that worked for ten people are straining at fifty. You need to know what to change first, and what can wait.

04

You want a second opinion.

Your IT provider says everything is fine, but costs keep rising and projects keep slipping. You want an independent read, in plain English.

What you get.

01

A map of your systems.

Every system and supplier, what each one does, who relies on it and how they connect.

02

What IT really costs.

Licences, contracts, renewals and support in one place, with the overlaps and the waste marked.

03

The risks, ranked.

Security basics, single points of failure and anything out of support, in order of what matters most.

04

A 12-month plan on one page.

What happens when, what it costs and who owns each line, written for the people who run the business, not for IT people.

05

A clear first step.

We walk you through the findings and agree what to do first, whether or not we do the work.

Frequently asked questions.

What does it cost?

A fixed price, agreed before we start. It depends on the size of the business and how many systems and sites are involved. You’ll know the cost before you commit, and it won’t change unless we both agree to change the scope.

How long does it take?

It depends on the size of the business and how quickly we can meet your team and see your contracts. We’ll agree a timeline with you before we start.

Do we have to use you for the work afterwards?

No. The plan is yours to keep. You can use it to brief your IT provider or to hire. If you’d like us to lead the work, we’ll talk about that separately.

What do you need from us?

Time with whoever looks after IT and finance, access to your contracts and invoices, and a look at the systems people use every day.
